Something interesting about La Milpa that you definitely should know about, is that five years ago we started developing a vegetable patch, free of chemicals which we call La Milpa Farm, at a very close location to the restaurant. The reason is that we are committed with enhancing quality for our customers, but also because we are interested in supporting organic agriculture.
